UPDATE: Colleague, Self Service, & Printing are all operational again (as of 9am)!

All Redeemer services appear to be working again. If you are still experiencing an issue, please let us know.

Investigating

It appears that Colleague, Self Service, and Printing are currently down. We do not know the full extent of this outage but the App, Discovery, OneCard (TouchNet), Informer (except databases will not have data until Colleague is back up), Slate, and services not hosted by Redeemer (such as Google Workspace) appear to be working. If you know of another system that is affected, please let us know by contacting the IT Help Desk.
